Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International:

• Standard International (7-14 business days): $9.99 – $19.99 (depending on country)
• Express International (3-7 business days): $19.99 – $39.99 (depending on country)
• Free international shipping on orders over $100

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to 30+ countries. Some countries may have import duties and taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for international orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@dadouhub.com within 14 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
